FAQ

  • Yes, you can — as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

    If you made a mistake or changed your mind, just email us as soon as possible at organic@naspex.info with your order number and request.

    We’ll do our best to:

    • ✅ Cancel the order and issue a full refund

    • ✏️ Update the shipping address, size, or item if needed

     

    Once your order has been packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible — but don’t worry, we’ll still find a kind solution together if something isn’t right.

  • First of all — don’t worry. We’re here to help make things right.

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

    1. 📦 Check your tracking number (sent via email after shipping)

    2. 🏠 Double-check your delivery address

    3. 🚪 Ask neighbors or your local post office if it was left nearby

     

    If it still can’t be located, email us at organic@naspex.info with your order number and a short description of the issue.

  • As soon as you place your order, we begin preparing it with care and intention 🌿

    You’ll receive two emails:

    1. 📩 Order confirmation – right after your purchase

    2. 🚚 Shipping confirmation – with tracking info once your parcel is on the way

    To check your order status at any time, simply:

    • Click the tracking link in your shipping email

    • Or email us at organic@naspex.info with your order number

     

    If it’s been more than a few days and you haven’t received any updates, please reach out — we’re happy to check for you!

  • We prepare every NASPEX order with care, intention, and good energy ✨

    • Processing time:
      Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received. 

    • Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to you.

    We ship from Austria — thank you for your patience and your conscious choice.

    • Austria & Germany: 2–5 working days

    • EU countries: 5–8 working days

    • International: 7–14 working days

    All orders are shipped from Austria.

  • Yes — we welcome customers from all over the world!
    You can safely make your purchase using a valid international credit or debit card.

    We accept:

    • 💳 Visa, Mastercard, American Express

    • 🏦 PayPal

    • 💸 Other local payment options (depending on your location and Wix/Stripe support)

     

    All payments are processed through our secure checkout system, and your card will be charged in EUR (€). Your bank will handle any currency conversion automatically.

    At NASPEX, we offer free standard shipping for:

    • 📦 All orders within Austria

    • 🌍 All international orders over €150

     

    For smaller international orders, shipping costs are calculated fairly at checkout based on your location.

    We always pack with care and every parcel carries the spirit of conscious connection. ;)
